Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep Ordinon working. Optional analytics start only when you accept them.

Essential only by default

Sign-in, security and your cookie preference.

Analytics by choice

PostHog starts after you accept.

Change your mind

Reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time.

Your choice

On your first visit, choose Reject optional or Accept analytics. Both choices let you use the website and workspace. Reading a page, scrolling or continuing to browse does not give consent.

Use Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. We remember acceptance and rejection for 180 days in this browser, then ask again. A different browser or device makes its own choice. If you clear the preference cookie, we ask again and keep analytics off until you accept.

Essential storage

Authentication cookies let you stay signed in and protect access to your workspace. The main sign-in session lasts 12 hours and can renew while you use the service. Public information pages do not require sign-in.

The ordinon_consent cookie stores only your analytics choice, its date and the version of this notice. It contains no visitor identifier. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for abuse; its security processing is part of that form and is separate from optional analytics.

Optional analytics

If you accept, PostHog helps us measure page visits, navigation, resource downloads, contact-form outcomes and use of the order workflow, such as uploads, reviews, approvals and exports. A random browser identifier lets us connect these events within this browser. The analytics cookie lasts up to 90 days and may renew when you use the site while consent remains valid.

We exclude names, email addresses, contact messages, document contents, filenames, order values, credentials and sensitive URL parameters from analytics. We do not enable advertising tracking or session recordings. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops optional events and clears PostHog browser storage.

AI service measurements

Our servers record AI model, tokens, request duration, success or failure, and provider-reported billing information in PostHog to monitor the service. These technical measurements use no browser cookie, visitor identifier, account identifier or customer document content. They do not include prompts or AI responses.

Reported billed amounts and estimated model costs are different measurements. Missing billing information is treated as unknown rather than zero.

Changing or clearing storage

Cookie settings lets you withdraw optional analytics consent as easily as you give it. Browser settings also let you inspect or clear cookies. Blocking essential authentication cookies prevents you from staying signed in.

Withdrawing consent stops future analytics; it does not automatically erase events already received or delete your workspace records. For a request about stored information, contact us using the privacy notice. External websites linked from Ordinon have their own cookie policies.
